Hey Yo要求玩家們依照旋律出牌的合作遊戲，期間要小心連接前後的標記從而取得更高分數。遊戲的特點是內附播音小儀器，開始時按下儀器便可播放音樂讓你跟着節奏出卡。

若果你未能按旋律出卡便有懲罰，所以大家需要互相分享自己手上的卡的資料，同時要快速反應，就算有時未能成功連接亦要出卡以避免受罰，究竟可否成功挑戰高分數完成遊戲？遊戲內有兩套完全相同的卡使遊戲可供4-10人參與，作隊際比賽；你亦可以選擇自己的歌曲，依照它的旋律作遊戲。
